How it works
• Companies get in front of the Cap Table Mafia.
- • Founders can share their investor deck with the CTM.
- • You must have an introduction from an existing CTM investor who reviewed your deck and thinks it's worth looking at. Only a CTM investor can share your deck with the Cap Table Mafia.
- • Your company must be in revenue (a paid pilot will do).
- • Your company must have at least closed a friends and family round.
- • Your financials, corporate, commercial an IP materials must be in order, organized and ready for DD.
- • To reduce friction and increase speed, no NDAs will be required through the process however Companies will be warned not to share sensitive or confidential information. If an investor is conflicted out of learning more about the opportunity, the investor will be required to recuse itself from the Zoom meeting.
- • You must agree to our terms and conditions.
- • If an investor wants to connect with a Company after the pitch, introductions will be made and the parties can live happily ever after.
